这个软件英文简称是CPPS，是中国人口信息研究中心王广州老师编的软件，可以利用孩次性别递进人口发展模型等方法来对人口数量进行分年龄分性别的预测，需要有分年龄分性别的人口普查数据，还可以对基础数据进行评价。最近王老师把这个软件的下载关掉了，很多人想用却没有地方下载，我刚找到了一份拷贝，有可能不是最新版，但是功能基本没变，有需要的同学不用再苦苦寻找了，有福下载了。
有必要提醒一句，有用到这个软件的同学还请在您的著作里提到CPPS软件和王广州老师。
读取数据时提示数据库错误的，请根据错误内容下载相应的数据库软件即可。

博主,谢谢你提供的这个软件。现在有这样的问题，我解压以后按照文件包里面的内容直接运行cpps.exe程序文件,出现了软件界面,但是点击“数据准备”-“另存为”时，它不让我存储文件了，提示说“An error curred while attempting to initialize the Borland Database Engine”，好像是说在试图初始化Borland数据库引擎时发生错误。而且它也不能打开自带的.dbf和.db文件。我又装了一个foxpro软件，还是解决不了这个问题。
请问是怎么回事呢？，是不是还需要装什么数据库软件？
我也遇到了和澄江静同样的问题，不知道有方法解决没有？
